    The Mt. Hermon School Parent Center is always open in the school library for parent to access at any time during the school day.

    Mrs. Lahoma Vernon is our school’s parent educator and is always willing to assist anyone. Parents are welcome to complete job applications, check on student's grades and test scores.

    Free Online Tutoring, Job Search Assistance and Academic & Career Resources available. This after school online homework assistance service is offered through the State Library of Louisiana and our local public library.  Click on the link below.

    The Mt. Hermon High School Graduation Program will be held on May 11th at 10:00 am. The gym will open at 9:00.  Please remember this is a special time for our graduates; therefore, we ask that no large balloons or noise makers be brought into the gym. Families of the graduates are here to enjoy this special ceremony, so let’s make this a memorable time for all of them.


    Congratulations to Sophomore Santana-Lin for being chosen as Village Virtual Stellar Student of the month. 

    Drop off & Pick up times

    Students can be dropped off at MHS between 7:15-7:40 am.

    Pick up time will begin at 2:55 pm.

    Severe weather procedure for morning student drop-off.

    All vehicles should enter through the north gate after 7:15.  

    Students in grades 6th - 12th should exit vehicles under the walkway behind the gym if they are not going to breakfast.

    All Pre-K- 12th grade students going to breakfast  should exit the vehicle by the cafeteria walkway.
