2nd 9 weeks Honor and Banner Roll
On January 16, 2014 both Mt. Hermon's Junior High girls teams coached by Rhonda Waskom placed second in the Washington Parish Jr. High Basketball Tournament. Both teams (7th & 8th grade) played Franklinton Jr. High in the finals which were held at FJHS.

MHS Good Samaritan Club is selling $1 raffle tickets and t-shirts to benefit Angela Blackwell. Blackwell, 28, has had kidney problems since childhood and found out at age 25 that she has chronic kidney disease. There will also be a benefit softball tournament held on March 15.
